The Black Olive on Yarm High Street was transformed through a sensitive renovation that respects its historic setting while introducing a contemporary interior.
Working closely with the client, we reconfigured the interior layout to improve circulation and sightlines, updated fixtures and lighting to create a warmer, more intimate atmosphere, and selected furniture and soft furnishings that balance modern lines with tactile comfort.
Our redesign delivered a cohesive, high-quality finish throughout, enhancing the venue’s appeal for both everyday diners and special occasions. Careful material choices and bespoke details were made to provide a boutique feel that complements Yarm High Street’s character, offering a flexible space well suited to private bookings, celebrations and regular trade.
